Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 3 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Method

Step 1

Boil water in a pan. Once the water starts to boil, turn heat to low and gently drop eggs in hot water. Turn the heat back to high and let eggs boil for 15 min.

Step 2

Remove eggs from hot water and transfer them to chilled water until they are cooled.

Step 3

Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Use a spoon and remove the yolk into a mixing bowl. Keep egg whites on a serving plate.

Step 4

Use a fork and mash the yolk. Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tsp vinegar, 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp yellow mustard in mashed yolk and crush it again until it becomes smooth.

Step 5

Use a spoon or piping bag and put a small amount of egg yolk mixture into the cup of egg white. To garnish, sprinkle some paprika and finely chopped parsley.

Tips:

  • You can use dijon mustard instead of yellow mustard.
  • If you like, you can garnish with your favorite herbs.
