Ingredients
- 350 gm boneless chicken
- 4-5 bread slices
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- cooking oil for frying
Method
Step 1
To make bread crumbs, take 4 breads and cut their sides. Now blend the breads until coarse.
Step 2
Take 350 gm of boneless chicken in mixer jar & add bread slices, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp salt in mixer jar. Grind chicken into thick paste.
Step 3
Apply some cooking oil to a plate and remove chicken from jar.
Step 4
Now make square shaped pieces of ground chicken. Dip each piece into beaten eggs first and then in bread crumbs. Make sure bread crumbs are stuck to all sides of a piece. Keep these pieces aside for 10-15 min.
Step 5
Take enough oil in a kadai to fry chicken nuggets. Now take 6-8 pieces and deep fry it until nuggets turn into nice golden brown in color.
Step 6
Serve hot chicken nuggets with tomato sauce and cheese dip or mayonnaise.
