Method

Step 1

Cut chicken breast in strips. Decide thickness of strips as per you liking. Take 1 cup buttermilk in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. Whisk everything well with chicken.

Step 2

In another small bowl, take 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil. Mix all herbs and spices well together.

In another mixing bowl or plate, take 1 cup of all purpose flour (maida), 3 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp baking powder also add remaining half portion of mixed herbs and mix everything well.

Step 5

Now take chicken strips out from buttermilk and coat them well with flour. Shake of any excess flour.
